Project brief:

The project involved re- organization of spaces and redoing flooring, electrical and plumbing services. All washrooms were redone along with carpentry for the entire house.

The kitchen walls were removed so that it could accommodate the required storage units as well as take in ample amount of natural light. The living room, dining and kitchen were organized such that they act as integrated spaces. The owner of the house being a biker required a lot of storage to accommodate equipment and accessories. The lobby units were designed to hold riding gear, riding suits, helmets as well as shoes. A nice bunk-bed was  made for the children in a manner where the lower bed could also be used by an elder person without having to stoop under the bunk. All wooden edges and detailing was done to avoid sharp corners, and laminate edges.

Overall the design focused on keeping the spaces free and yet functional.
