500 sqft of old account rooms were converted into one large cabin+1 small pantry+toilet+an ante room. Mr.Phatak is the director of Millennium national school. His cabin needed an open airy feel with a space and scale that would command respect. We introduced a large window to get natural light flooding in throughout the day also creating an interesting sciography on the beautiful black floor. The desk was kept simple and large with flexibility to convert as a conference/ workspace table. A black wall creates an exhibition space for pictures, memorabilia and posters about the story of millennial school’s growth.
