The Architects, Engineers and Surveyors Association (AESA Pune) organises a competition for projects for the members of AESA. Our Project – Joshet won their Award in the category of Outstation individual residence. Meghana and Shreya from M+P studio received this award at their ceremony on 22nd of March ’26.

We take this opportunity to participate in these awards as they give us a chance to interact with the multi disciplinary jury our peers from the city. It is a superb initiative by AESA and they take a lot of effort to organise the jury for these awards. Most of the buildings in Pune are visited by the jury members along with the Architects/contractors and they have to give a presentation for the same. These awards are presented to not just the Architect but the team as a whole which includes the owners/promoters, constructors, structural consultants or PMC.
