Brief: This was a first floor apartment in an old building which was constructed before the latur earthquake. The structural norms during that time allowed for 6 inch wide beams and columns. With due care of the structure we made civil changes to ensure better spaces and light. The locality is beautiful with a laburnum right outside the window and an easy connect to the society’s spine road. The main concern to be dealt with was the deep living room and the lack of light reaching inside. We dealt with entirely new:
Internal Brickwork, Flooring, Bathrooms, Electrical PoP, Paint, Kitchen and kitchen furniture.
