Following are images showing the layouts of 3 levels. This was a house for a family of 6 with a need for independently lockable floors. A common stairwell and lift were thus separated out, and the rest of the floor plate was maximised for additional rooms.

We utilized full FSI in this effort. For our office, this was an effort in understanding by-laws in depth, particularly for apartment buildings since this was designed to function as an apartment complex and not a bungalow.
